Tool Man - Increasing Productivity

How to use the following ICT to change and hopefully improve your working style.

PDA (personal digital assistant): Does nearly all the same functions that your computer does. Usually runs MS Office, can send messages, take pictures, email, diary, calender, note taking, planner, calculator.

GPS (global positioning systems): Tells you exactly where you are and can read out directions for you so you can keep your eyes on the road so you don't compromise your safety. It usually gives you estimated time of arrival aswell so timekeeping is easier.

Laptop and software: Laptop folds up and is very portable, and loaded with the right software such as MS Office,  MS Visio, and other software to replace the paper based system.

Mobile Phone: Some phones do all the things PDAs do and more so save money and buy a smart phone.

The disadvantages to employing alot of ICT is that the money he spends on ICT has to be productive enough to make his money back and maybe make profit.
